The U.S. Cellular Call Someone Who Cares live Twitter campaign responded to complaints about other wireless carriers in real time with songs written and performed by U.S. Cellular employees.

Goal: Raise awareness about the ills of big wireless carriers while showcasing U.S. Cellular’s excellent network and award-winning customer service.

Result: An enormous spike in viral activity led to over 3.5 million impressions in a two-week period.
